Ash (She/Her) is originally from Bermuda, now lives between Portugal and the UK.

Freelance Photographer for Five Years, covering: commercial, fashion photography and events for numerous buisnesses and artists.

Recently graduated with a Distinction from the Courtauld’s MA special option Global Conceptualisms: The Last Avant-Garde or a New Beginning? having previously studied Fine Art MAFA at Edinburgh University, where she specialised in contemporary art history and intermedia. Her research interests include intersectional art histories, focusing on social and political movements from 20th century to current day, with a particular interest in contemporary manifestations of globalisation and how ‘invisible’ power structures, and the legacies of empire are embodied through contemporary visual cultures.
